Following the AGM in 2023 a wide ranging review of the rules was carried and resulted in numerous changes being adopted at the following AGM in 2024.

These changes related to:

1. General membership - to clarify various issues on membership
2. Officers - clarification on Officers of the Association
3. Conduct of Meetings - Clarify various processes and requirements for the conduct of meetings: Election of Officers and other Motions
4. Belfry Repair Fund - Update and clarify various details within BRF rules in particular with regard to the trustees
5. Miscellaneous changes - Various changes throughout the rules with respect to:- Gender neutrality, Peals, Library and Renumbering
