John Squirrell was thanked for all his many and various efforts as District Master for the past year.  The District then welcomed Kate Desbottes to the post of Master leading the District into its Centenary year of 2012.

A fuller report will appear in due course - though it was pleasing to note the list of new members went onto a second page (but then so did the list of apologies!).
