At the recent General Committee, two new grants were agreed: £1,000 to Cheam for a two part project which includes new pulley wheels, and some work on the clappers, plus work to strengthen the foundation of the belframe in order to make the bells easier to ring.  Also, £300 to Caterham St John's, towards having their clappers re-bushed.  All towers are eligible to apply for a grant - follow the Bell Restoration link from the home page for details.
