Four bands entered the Association's Call Change Striking Competition this year.  Bletchingley hosted the evnt last Saturday afternoon and were joined by bands from Beddington, Bermondsey and Croydon.

Michael Uphill was the judge who started with a twist - showing that you could almost ring the Devon Call Changes of 60 on 3rds in the eight minutes and minimum 16 changes required by the rules.  After comments on each band Michael announced the reults in reverse order: Beddington and Bermondsey in joint third (47), Bletchingley second (38) and Croydon first (35).
