Around 60 members and friends joined togather at Beddington for the 2010 AGM on Saturday 8 May. Following a wedding, afternoon ringing was a bit of an adventure after the ball of the tenor clapper sheared off. The service included a talk from the curate highlighting the similarities between ringing and the church using the Central Council's recruitment leaflet.
Following a sumptuous tea, the meeting opened with a live video link to the General Master (in Toronto for a nephew's wedding) and cutting the ribbon to launch the new website. Carolina Goodship then showed off the new features of the website before usual business resumed. All business and re-elections of existing postholders was completed in just under an hour before ringing continued. A selection of photograph of the ringers tea and meeting are on the Gallery.
